By creating a SchoolSorted account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SchoolSorted processes school and activity emails you forward to a dedicated address, extracts calendar events and action items, adds those events to your Google Calendar, and sends a weekly digest email. The service uses AI to interpret email content; results may occasionally be inaccurate.
SchoolSorted is a paid subscription service. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
For each active monthly subscription, SchoolSorted donates $1 to the PTA associated with the school(s) you have added to your account, where feasible. This donation is made on a best-efforts basis and may not apply in all cases.
SchoolSorted uses AI to extract information from emails. We cannot guarantee that all events will be extracted accurately or completely. You are responsible for verifying important dates and events independently. SchoolSorted is not liable for missed events or inaccurate calendar entries.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
SchoolSorted is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchoolSorted's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
